August 15 - 2 Birthdays!

As if August isn't a great month, it has 3 birthdays and an anniversary! We just finished celebrating Robert's birthday and now we are celebrating Shawn's. He asked for a chocolate cake. Kirsten made him a 3-layer chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream between the layers. He loves Spongebob cartoons and she found an edible decoration of Spongebob with one of the jokes from the cartoon to place on the top of the cake. This was one rich dessert. After cake, Shawn opened presents and enjoyed each and every gift! We were watching Sophie this week and she had to be part of the party!
