A little bit before midnight, we went to the Arctic Cathedral in Tromsø for the Midnight Concert. The cathedral was built in 1965 and is really not a cathedral. The acoustics of the building were outstanding and the singer and celloist did not use microphones. It was a selection of traditional Norwegian folk tunes as well as classical music and a hymn. We were exhausted when we returned to the boat at 1 am.
