Christopher Kimball left America's Test Kitchen and created a new show and working kitchen in Boston. Every month, they offer tickets to view the kitchen and discuss the show. I invited Kirsten to come with me. It was a small group of visitors and for about an hour, one of the producers explained the premise of the new show and answer any questions that the audience had. Christopher Kimball wanted to travel around the world and talk to people in different countries to find out what do they cook for their family; every day food. For example, how is traditional hummus made. At the end, a staff member cut into the pan of gluten free brownies to sample, yum! I had seen that recipe on the show and had even tried it.
